I found the hotel's location ideal. The airport proximity saved me a lot of time. I also found the dinner service to be quite good, it was so amazing. The hotel bathroom felt excellent, I remember its fixtures well.
The directions from the Heathrow Express were confusing. I got lost, I think better signs should appear. The room felt quite basic for the price I paid. I think bottled water should be included.

the walk to terminals 2 and 3 was very short. the location meant i got to my early flight on time. the room had soft pillows and plenty of outlets (very useful for charging all my devices).
the food and drinks at the restaurant were a bit expensive.

the hotel had a clean room and hotel overall. the size of the room was good for me. customer service was also good, and i appreciate the trolleys available for luggage, i could bring them to my room.
the air conditioning cool function was off by default, so warm air was coming out. i had to ring reception, and they turned it on. also, the food and drinks in the restaurant was expensive. there's nothing to be found in terminal 2 so they have a captive audience as it were.
